The Franklin Trees

By Jonathan Nauman

Illustrated by Gary K. Nauman

School seemed to begin as usual for Jim Canby and Alan Prince—until Eric Jewett walked late into class. Eric lived alone with his old aunt in Bailiwyck Mansion; and when Jim and Alan visited, they were drawn inescapably into the house’s mystery: magical trees, eerie darkened rooms, and a ghost. But none of these adventures could prepare the boys for how their third visit would end.
